Carina Usarek is the owner of the Allergy & Co Naturopathic Clinic and has over 20 years knowledge and experience in holistic health and energy medicine. She is a qualified Advanced NAET Practitioner and a Psychosomatic Energetic Therapist.  She received her diploma in Pedagogy and Psychology from the University of Neubrandenburg in Germany and also has qualifications in reflexology, nutrition counselling, herbalism, massage therapy and cupping therapy. She also has been trained in Positive Psychology, Temperament Counselling and Strategic Intervention Coaching (SI by Tony Robbins - world authority on Leadership Psychology).

Carina is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) and Hypnotherapist, trained by Marisa Peer (named Britain´s best Psychotherapist and award winning Hypnotherapist).

 

Carina has been involved with energetic medicine for the last 20 years. Her journey with chinese and indian medicine and homeopathy came to halt due to her personal encounter with serious illnesses and allergies and following the discovery of NAET, Psychosomatic Energetic Therapy (PSE), Positive Psychology and Strategic Intervention Coaching. She is continuing developing her skills in different fields of natural healing.

 

Her area of interest include Children´s Health, Women´s Health, Asthma/Allergies/Eczema and ADD/ADHD/Autism and Emotional Blockages utilizing nutrition, homeopathy, NAET, supplements, kinesiological testing and Strategic Intervention Coaching.
